A translation of Dong Ding is "Frozen Summit" or "Icy Peak", and is the name of the mountain in Taiwan where the tea is cultivated. Our Dong Ding has made a round trip, however, as it is now hand-crafted by a Taiwanese tea master in its original home, Fujian Province, China.
Tasting notesDong Ding is a highly aromatic green oolong. The yellowish-green leaves are hand rolled and yield a subtle orchid taste, which lingers on the palette. Can be infused at least 6 times.
