Earl Grey gets its unusual flavour from oil of Bergamot, which is extracted from the rind of the small acidic Bergamot orange (Citrus bergamia), a small citrus tree which blossoms during the winter. Our Earl Grey is based on China Black Tea.

This tea is light and smooth with an uplifting citrus taste. It can be served with milk and/or sugar, but goes especially well with lemon. Earl Grey is perfect for making iced tea.

Golden Monkey is a black tea from Fujian Province, China. Legend has it that Golden Monkey gets its name because it was picked by specially trained monkeys from bushes that were inaccessible to humans. It is made from early harvested young buds which give it its golden colour.
