Where possible we endeavour to use fresh local produce in our recipes. When our super talented Pastry Chef was asked to come up with a recipe for Isle of Man Creameries she thought about how to incorporate as many ingredients sourced from the dairy as possible. The result was this Manx Peppercorn Cheese Victoria Sponge which featured in the Manx Tails magazine.
